What happens if the seller doesn't deliver?
You can open a dispute. The arbiter reviews evidence from both parties and decides. If no action is taken, funds auto-refund after the deadline + grace period.
How does the dispute process work?
Either party opens a dispute. Both submit evidence (screenshots, messages). A decentralized arbiter reviews within 48 hours and triggers the smart contract — either release or refund.
What is the escrow fee?
Flat 1% on the escrowed amount, deducted when funds are released. Network gas is covered by us. No hidden fees.
Can I cancel after funding?
If both parties agree, the contract allows mutual cancellation with full refund (minus 1% fee). Unilateral cancel is not possible.
Which wallets are supported?
TronLink (browser + mobile), Trust Wallet, Ledger (via TronLink), imToken, TokenPocket, and any WalletConnect-compatible TRON wallet.
Is the smart contract audited?
